Volunteer
We have plenty of volunteer opportunities if you are looking to help a local cause. It takes a village to put our event on and give back to the community so below is the list we are looking for. If you would like to be a part of this magical event, fill out the form!
Opportunities Available:
*Craft Table - Helping the kids with putting together crafts, helping kids write their Santa letter, and much more but also keeping the table stocked for the kids to stay busy.
* Hot Chocolate/Cookies - This person will make sure we have enough goodies and hot chocolate for everyone to enjoy!
* Photo props - We put up 2 Christmas props for families to capture their perfect Christmas picture, the Christmas door, and random other props throughout the yard, which is where you come in. You take their picture with your phone but also walk around and take pictures of the event so we may post on the website and Facebook.
* Attendants - We are looking for a couple of people to help us make sure everyone stays on the path, helps with inflatables, takes pictures, and doesn't get off the path.
* Donations - Looking for help manning the donation table with people dropping food and monetary donations.
*Characters - If you own your costume and love to dress up, come out and take pictures with the kids! We would love to have you. Give us a call so we know you coming out!

Sponsorship
We offer a couple of different options to advertise with us. This is a great way to get involved with us and give back to those in need during the holidays. We use all money for food baskets, but would like to expand that and give toys to those in need as well.
You can sponsor one or both of the following:
*Santa & Mrs. Claus: Everything in Northpole package plus 5x7 plaque and news "shoutout".
(Please Note: Please email a business card with logo) The package costs $650
*Elves Workshop: Everything in the Northpole package and 1 goody bag. (Please Note: Sponsors will not be on goody bag and will need to send in a business card with logo) Package costs
$350
*Northpole: Cash Donation – Any amount (minimum is $80 and as much as $349) Everyone will be on the website, Facebook,sponsor sheet given out day of event and Christmas shirt.
*Reindeer Sleigh: Donation of food for the baskets. Items need to be perishable and can be brought the night of the event or dropped off before.
Name will be added to our website and Facebook.
